Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be made for cancellations due to sickness or family
emergencies up to 30 days prior to departure unless stated otherwise. There
may be tickets or airfare involved which is beyond Rustad Tours, Inc.
control. If cancellation occurs 30 days or less, you will receive the money
portion that is refundable to Rustad Tours, Inc.
New security standards require specific information be recorded for every
passenger before boarding ferries, trains and airplanes. This information
includes your full legal name (first, middle and last name as it appears on
your identification) date of birth, citizenship and passport number.
If this applies, you must have IN YOUR POSSESSION – A picture ID or your
passport, while on tour.
