Our coach then takes us along the St. Lawrence Seaway to New Brunswick, the largest of the Maritime Provinces. Leaving New Brunswick we travel over the new Confederation Bridge to Prince Edward Island. We ferry to Nova Scotia to tour Cape Breton Island and the peninsula of Nova Scotia. Then travel back to the United States by sailing across the Bay of Fundy on the Princess Acadia and making our way through the eastern States back to Minnesota. Our first night on the road will be in Marquette, Michigan.

Following the St. John River we arrive to our accommodations in Fredericton, the capital city of the Province. (B)

Day 6 Tuesday, July 27 - The high tides of the Bay of Fundy cause many strange phenomenon. One of these strange sights is the Reversing Falls in Saint Johns, NB. This is where the tide flows into the Saint John’s River and causes the rapids and the falls to flow backwards. Another strange sight is Magnetic Hill at Moncton, NB, where cars and motor coaches roll up hill. After visiting these attractions you may walk on the ocean floor at Hopewell Rocks, but only if the tide is out. This afternoon we cross the new Confederation Bridge to Prince Edward Island. Our motel for two nights is in the only city on the Island, Charlottetown. (B)
